During onboarding you answer 8 short questions (target titles, industries, locations, work authorization, salary band, company sizes, experience level, and optionally a voice sample). Combined with your parsed resume, that becomes your "persona" — an embedding the AI scores every job against. The match score blends resume fit (75%) and persona alignment (25%) into a single 0-100 number with a "why this score" breakdown.
Everything happens on the Find Jobs page — there's no separate queue. High-match jobs from your searches and your saved-search daily runs appear in your results with a preview cover letter ready to read.
